Tester MaxUpdated September 9, 2026 · Tested on iPhone, Canada

Good for finding odd games. Bad at nearly everything after that.

Good for finding unusual games; glitchy, ad-heavy, and thin. Cashed out once and quit.

I cashed out of Tester Max once and deleted it. The signup bonus gets you a quarter of the way to the $20 minimum, which is the most generous thing about it.

What it’s actually good for

Discovery. The catalogue surfaces games I hadn’t seen on the bigger platforms, some of them genuinely odd in a good way. If you’re hunting for something new to play, it’s a decent index.

Why I stopped

The app is glitchy — progress that stalls, screens that need a restart — and the ad load between actions is heavy enough to eat the time you’re supposedly being paid for. There isn’t enough offer depth behind it to justify working around either problem.
