Puzzles & Chaos: Frozen Castle

The reward curve on this offer runs backwards, and that is the whole story.
Start with the game, which is fine. A Total War style map, base building, characters with real personality, animation that is better than it needs to be. I did not resent the week I spent in it.
The first tier pays a dollar for about seven days of daily logins. Low effort, low reward, no complaints. Castle 10 pays five dollars and it is not hard to reach. Between those two I made six dollars for a week of tapping in once a day. Fine trade.
Then look at what comes next. Castle 14 pays two dollars. Two. Less than the five you were paid four castles earlier, for more work than it took to get there. Read that again, because when I first saw the tier list I assumed I had misread it. You are being offered a smaller amount of money to do a harder thing.
Castle 22 pays twenty dollars, and that is the hook the whole structure is built around. It needs somewhere between sixteen and twenty days, against building timers that get longer every level and a paywall that is clearly where the game expects you to end up. The timers are the point. They are not a difficulty curve, they are a waiting curve, and the way to shorten the wait is to pay.
So the tier list is not a ladder. It is a dip. Five dollars, then two, then twenty at the end of three more weeks of watching timers. Anyone who does not look at the whole list before starting will walk straight into the flat part and quit somewhere around Castle 16, having earned seven dollars for a month.
Take the easy tier and leave. Play to Castle 10, collect the five dollars, quit. That is the entire value of this offer and everything after it is worse.
